The college is committed to working closely with employers and we are proud of the networks and partnerships we have established across our local region.

It is our job to make our learners employable, ensuring that they can make an effective contribution when they are out in the world of work. It is therefore important to us that we understand your needs, and make sure that the programmes, skills and qualifications that we offer meet these needs so that we are able to enhance learners' employability skills and progression into employment or apprenticeships.

It is also important to us that we can offer you access to appropriate and relevant skills, training and courses to enable you to develop your workforce, whether that is through bespoke programmes, apprenticeships, professional courses, Personal Learning Accounts, part-time courses or Upskilling @ Work.

For further information on how we can help you or how you can get involved in curriculum development or work experience or guidance at the college, please click on the links below or contact our Director of Planning and Operations, Leanne Jones on l.jones3@merthyr.ac.uk
