The course is designed for professionals aiming to lead complex process improvement projects and mentor Green Belt teams.

Entry Requirements

Completion of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or Level 4 Improvment Practitioner training

What will I learn?

Lean & Six Sigma Mastery Apply Lean principles like 5S, waste reduction, and value stream mapping. Use Six Sigma tools within the DMAIC framework (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Understand Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

Advanced Statistical Analysis Perform regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and design of experiments (DOE). Use Minitab or similar software for data analysis and process control

Change & Project Management Lead cross-functional improvement projects. Manage team dynamics, stakeholder engagement, and coaching. Apply change management strategies to embed solutions

Problem Solving & Innovation Identify root causes using structured problem-solving tools. Develop and test innovative solutions. Implement sustainable improvements that deliver ROI.
