Our program immerses students in the vibrant world of the music industry, encompassing facets like performance, production, songwriting, composition, engineering, and business. Rooted in practical experience, this course boasts industry visits, masterclasses, and live project assignments. Aspiring professionals will sharpen their musical talents, deepen their theoretical knowledge, and enhance their communication skills. Throughout the program, students will have the opportunity to showcase their talents at industry-standard events and recording sessions, building a portfolio that includes original songs, tracks, and soundtracks for various media platforms. Additionally, they will receive training in event management, workshop delivery, community engagement, and music distribution, all while working closely with venues and industry partners. Our course goes beyond the classroom, offering valuable perks like free instrument and voice lessons, access to cutting-edge equipment and facilities, live sessions, work experience placements, and trips to some of the best music venues in the UK. Furthermore, students will benefit from guest lectures and masterclasses delivered by industry experts, along with personalized mentorship throughout their academic journey.
Level 2 qualification in music. • Equivalent of four grades at GCSE (to include one subject testing the use of English). You will be asked to attend an audition as part of the entry requirements for this course
