Performing Arts and Drama have a range of opportunities for learners including theatre visits, practitioner workshops and engagement with exciting community projects. The department is well established with 100% success rates in all areas and learners progress to some of the best vocational programmes in the country including Guildford School of Acting and RADA.
•Level 2 qualification in performing arts. •Equivalent of four C grades at GCSE (to include one subject testing the use of English). •Life and employment experience (for mature learners only).
On this course you will study: Acting technique, Vocal technique, Contemporary Movement technique, Scripted Performance, Musical Theatre performance, Devising, Preparation for Auditions.
Coursework based including a Final Major Project.
