Course Outline
From Level 1 through to Level 3, our hairdressing and beauty courses provide you with the opportunity to further develop your skills and enhance you career and employment prospects in the hair and beauty industry. All of our courses equip learners for the world of work by providing the opportunity for them to work within a realistic working environment whereby they are required to develop key employability skills.
Entry Requirements
An NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy or related health and beauty experience. Applicants will be selected following an interview.
What will I learn?
The VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy Treatments is a course that has been specifically designed to develop your practical beauty therapy skills such as; face and body electrotherapy and body massage. To further enhance your practical skills you will have the opportunity to choose from the following practical units; providing massage using pre-blended aromatherapy oils, electrical epilation, individual permanent lashes, intimate waxing, spray tan and how to apply self-tan products, and nail enhancements.
Course Assessment
Observation of practical assessment, written assignments, case studies, end of unit tests
Career Progression
Successful completion of the Level 3 Beauty Diploma will provide you with the skills required to progress straight into employment or start your own Beauty business.
