Entry Requirements
5 GCSEs grade A* - C to include Mathematics, English and successful interview demonstrating motivation and commitment to the programme.
What will I learn?
This qualification will provide an understanding of engineering health and safety considerations along with fundamental engineering principles. This course can be topped up in year two to an 'Extended Certificate in Engineering' following the completion of additional units.

Career Progression
This course is accepted as entry to many university courses and Industrial Apprenticeships. The extended diploma is worth three A Levels and offers will be made on this basis.The option to combine the course with AS or A Levels gives learners the flexibility to study vocational skills and academic skills at the same time.
