Course Outline

The City & Guilds 6219-07 Multi-Skills Level 1 Construction Award is a one-year programme for learners who wish to enter the construction industry.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements, however, numeracy and literacy skills will be assessed prior to enrolment. You will be required to complete an interview with one of our construction trade tutors. During the interview, you will need to demonstrate an interest in learning more about construction with a view to progressing to training or work in the industry.

What will I learn?

You will gain experience of the different skills in a variety of construction pathways including bricklaying, carpentry & joinery, painting & decorating and plastering.
