What will I learn?
Our Level 2 Travel Courses are designed for individuals seeking to build upon their travel knowledge and develop the skills necessary for a successful career in the travel and tourism industry. Key Topics include • Travel Agency Operations • Tour Operations • Customer Service in Travel • Itinerary Planning • Ticketing and Reservations L2 students will visit UK and European tourist attractions on day visits and residential stays. Past experiences include a cruise ship to Belgium, theme parks, the London Travel Market and the British Airways Cabin Crew Experience in a four-star hotel.
Course Assessment
Regular evaluations through exams, assignments, and presentations.
Career Progression
Successful completion of the Level 2 Business course will enable you to progress onto a Level 3 programme at the college or entry-level positions in various travel sectors.
