Key Topics include • Travel Agency Operations • Tour Operations • Customer Service in Travel • Itinerary Planning • Ticketing and Reservations L2 students will visit UK and European tourist attractions on day visits and residential stays. Past experiences include a cruise ship to Belgium, theme parks, the London Travel Market and the British Airways Cabin Crew Experience in a four-star hotel.
