We are on hand to help you become career ready, developing your skills to ensure you are prepared for the future.

Every year we hold  a Careers Fair, a Volunteering Fair, a Career Pathway Progression Week and a Job Vacancy Event providing opportunities to meet with employers, universities, apprenticeship providers and volunteering charities.

E2 (Enterprise and Employability Bureau) is our dedicated team offering bespoke employability, enterprise, career and progression advice.

We host a variety of learner workshops, drop-in sessions, open evenings, volunteering and career events throughout the year. We provide regular updates on job vacancies, career advice, events, live sessions, guest speakers and employability opportunities across Wales and the UK.

Drop into the E2 Hub near the Open Access Area on the 1st floor for help with:

  • CV development.
  • Cover letters.
  • Job applications.
  • Interview skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Career pathway advice.
  • Work placements.
  • Apprenticeship Support
  • Starting your own business.

The team are also here to help enhance enterprise skills. Enhancing creativity, problem-solving, and adaptability for today’s job market. The team can support these skills through:

  • Internal Competitions: Develop and pitch business ideas.
  • Startup Programmes (Tafflab)
  • Wales Enterprise Skills Competition: Provide mentorship and resources for launching ventures.
  • Workshops: Teach practical skills like marketing and finance.
  • Networking Events: Connect students with industry professionals.
  • Fostering innovation and collaboration, preparing students for entrepreneurial success!
