Mae'n darparu'r sgiliau a'r wybodaeth sy'n berthnasol i gyflogaeth yn yr heddlu, gwasanaeth tân, carchardai a'r lluoedd arfog. Mae'r cwrs yn darparu cydbwysedd da o wersi ymarferol sy'n seiliedig ar theori i'ch paratoi i weithio yn y gwasanaethau cyhoeddus. Mae antur awyr agored yn rhan fawr o'r cwrs, gyda'r nod o ddatblygu cyfathrebu, arweinyddiaeth a gwaith tîm. Bydd amrywiaeth dda o weithgareddau a phrofiadau yn cael eu darparu gan yr Heddlu, y Fyddin, y Llynges, yr RAF, y Gwasanaeth Tân a'r Gwasanaeth Ieuenctid. Bydd y gweithgareddau hyn yn rhoi gwell dealltwriaeth i chi o'r gwaith maen nhw'n ei wneud a sut beth fyddai bod yn rhan o'u sefydliad. Bydd gennych hefyd fynediad i Ystafell Hydra Minerva Prifysgol De Cymru i gael profiad o reoli digwyddiadau mawr.
