Here at the college we understand that the transition from school to college, and out of college can be a very daunting prospect. Our designated transition officer and wider support team are here to help with any anxieties or issues you may be experiencing.
Our ALN team provides support for learners, not only during your studies with us, but also during your transition from school to college. We can support learners with physical disabilities and a range of learning difficulties which may include dyslexia, dyspraxia, sensory impairments, autism, and other specific learning needs.
Members of our team are available to attend school transition and statutory annual reviews or Individual Development Plan (IDP) review. We offer personalised tours of the campus and collaborate with schools, parents, Careers Wales and anyone else who is important to you. We are also available to work with you prior to and during enrolment to create a support plan that caters for your individual needs.
