We also facilitate group sessions if there is sufficient demand from students.
It can be helpful to explore some issues with others, such as eating problems or being a mature student. Members of such groups agree to work together confidentially and gain support from each other.
We also facilitate other groups or workshops which involve an element of learning or provide information and skills on topics such as stress management, anxiety about exams or assertiveness.
