This enables us to set targets and measure, monitor and improve our performance.
This guidance is intended as a reference for all members of staff at Merthyr Tydfil College. It seeks to guide staff in the implementation of quality assurance procedures.
The ultimate objective of the College quality assurance systems is to ensure that every learner has a good experience from all areas of the College both teaching and non-teaching. The College aims to make continuous improvements in its provision to learners and the guidance is updated each academic year.
