Merthyr Tydfil College is committed to ensuring accessibility of its intranet for people with disabilities.

Our intranet is optimised for 1024×768 or higher resoultions although there are some quick tips for improved visibility.

You can change the text size by adjusting one of the settings in your browser:

· For Windows users of IE 7, Safari and Firefox you can use
ctrl + to zoom in and use ctrl – to zoom out. For Mac users of Safari and Firefox you can use the cmd + to zoom in and use cmd – to zoom out.

· You can load your own CSS style sheets into the page or remove our default ones fully.

· Alternative options you click view in the toolbar along the top.
Select Text Size, then select the size you want i.e. medium, large, largest. The size of the text on the screen will then change. To re-set this, follow the same procedure and select a new size. You can also change the screen resolution to increase text size:

· Finally you can click start, settings then control panel.
Double click on the display icon and select the settings tab.
In the screen area section reduce the screen resolution to 800×600 to increase the size of the text. Click apply, ok and yes to confirm the new settings.
