Duration: 1 year, 4hrs per week (evening)

Entry Requirements: Students are selected on interview.

Course Description:
You will study health, safety, hygiene, basic anatomy and physiology and the principles and practice of the complementary therapy industry. You will study the sources, uses and effects of a limited number of oils, and how to blend them for delivering basic aromatherapy treatments to the back, neck, shoulders and face safely and effectively.

What you will Study:
A range of topics in the area.

On Completion/ Career Paths:
This qualification is an introduction to the aromatherapy industry, and could be an access to level 3 courses, or as a route into employment as an assistant in a salon or clinic.
