Foundation Degree

Introduced as an alternative to undergraduate degrees and HNDs, Foundation Degrees are new, fully-fledged degrees that entail much more hands-on work experience and develop practical skills for a fast-track to a great career.

The qualification offers a practical solution to the “work or study?” dilemma by combining the two so that graduates get the skills employers are looking for.

It is awarded by the university using the same rigorous procedures as any other degree and provides the entry requirements you will need should you wish to progress to an honours degree.
