Claire Hughes Davies - Head ALN/ILS - Head of Additional Learner Needs & Independent Living Skills- My role is to manage both teams and ensure legislative and strategic requirements are effectively achieved. I ensure that all learners achieve the best possible outcomes on their programmes through ensuring they have access to the appropriate level of support.
Eleri Evans - Additional Learning Needs Coordinator (ALNCO) - To oversee the Additional Learning Needs Team, assess for additional learning needs (ALN), and determine the appropriate level of support. The ALNCo role is to lead and drive the college forward to meet its responsibilities under ALNET.
Sarina Vaughan - Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) Support Officer - Assist learners and tutors in identifying both strengths and challenges to capitalise on strengths and gain a better understanding of difficulties. Exam Access Arrangements assessor.
Natasha Gracie - Sensory Support and Assistive Technology Officer - Autism lead worker and sensory support for students with sensory difficulties and challenges, working in conjunction with tutors where necessary to help implement tailored support strategies ensuring pupils' needs are met in the classroom setting.
