COURSE DESCRIPTION This UAL level 3 course has been designed to equip students with the necessary skills to prepare them for entry into the games design and development sector. The course has been designed to help with progression to courses such as games design, animation and graphic design, allowing students the opportunity to develop a portfolio throughout their studies of both design and development work. Throughout the course you will learn the fundamentals of good games design, as well as interacting with industry standard design and development software.

· Professional Practice
· Contextual awareness in creative media
· Audio production and technology
· Visual production and technology
· Interactive production
· Developing a creative media project.
BTEC First Diploma (Merit or above), 5 GCSEs at grades C or above. All applicants will be interviewed by the course tutor.
