This two year programme will provide you with an opportunity to explore performance technique, acting, dance and music as well as the use of technology in performance. There is a strong focus on creating original work through responding to stimuli and engaging in physical theatre practices.
With strong links to employers in the creative industries, the course aims to provide you with an understanding and experience of work in the field of Performing Arts. At the end of the course you have the option to study for an additional year at the University of South Wales ATRiuM to top-up to a BA Hons Degree. You will be guaranteed a place in Year 3 if you pass your Foundation Degree.

You will usually need two merits and a pass at BTEC level 3 in a relevant subject, or the equivalent at A-level. If you are over 21 and have an interest in performance then you will not require formal qualifications but will be invited to attend an interview or audition.
