BTEC National Diploma/Certificate in Childhood Studies/Early Years. NNEB/CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education. Two A Levels in related subjects. Acceptance is also dependant on interview, references and an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau enquiry.
Course Description:
This course aims to provide an educational foundation for a range of careers in childcare and education. It will also contribute to the development of flexibility, knowledge, skills and motivation as a basis for future studies and career development. Students will cultivate a range of skills, techniques, personal qualities and attitudes necessary for successful performance in work with children.
