All applicants are interviewed and assessed prior to selection. Two references indicating suitability for the course are also essential.

Course Description:
The course is designed to provide an introduction to the knowledge and understanding required to work in childcare, education and play work.

What you will Study:
Childcare, education and play work. This qualification is not a license to practice in childcare setting but allows progression to a level 2 course.

Along side this qualification you will undertake the Welsh Baccalaureate Foundation Diploma.

On Completion/ Career Paths:
This qualification is not a license to practice in a childcare setting but allows progression to a level 2 course for suitable candidates.
