The College has entered into partnership with the LEA to set up Family Learning in local schools.
What you will Study
BCS part 1:The College provides the tutors for the parents involved in this project. The aims of the scheme are:-
(i) to encourage parents to build close links with schools and teachers and to take a more active part in their children’s education
(ii) to help parents to support their children’s learning
(iii) to assist parents and schools in enabling children to gain basic skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing
(iv) to help parents improve their own literacy skills
On Completion/Career Paths
Qualifications can be achieved in a range of areas.
